It will focus on the relatively recent discovery of the cerebral "glymphatic" system and its physiological role, particularly during sleep.
If there is time, we will also briefly discuss the discovery of an even more recent " neuroimmunocardiovascular interface " that may correlate arterial atherosclerosis lesions with the sympathetic autonomic nervous system.
