"Primary narcissism
In its new phase, the biblio club on the texts of Prof. Jean Benjamin Stora aims to return to the foundations of his thinking on integrative psychosomatics, either by facilitating access to his work, publications or courses, or by dialecticizing them with complementary texts. After the first biblio club on the beginning of the psychic system at birth and its precursory elements last December and January, we tackled masochism in its most accomplished, life-guarding forms, as well as its mortifying forms in February. We'll continue on March 29 with narcissism. The aim here is to extend our reflection on primary narcissism and its pejorative form, mortiferous narcissism (A. Green, 1983), just mentioned in February. We'll use Prof. Stora's course as a framework, and base our reflection on a text by René Roussillon, Deconstruction of Primary Narcissism (2011), also attached. In this way, we will seek to link theory and clinic under the auspices of D.W. Winnicott.
